• Successfully completed over 50 transaction in diverse properties and deal structures exceeding $2 Billion in value
• Experience with complex financial transactions including private equity, mezzanine, B loans, Preferred Equity, Transitional Loans, Workouts and Modifications
• Emphasis on underperforming assets, distress situations, opportunistic investments, repositioning, and bankruptcy.
• Successful track record in origination, asset management, dispositions, valuation, negotiations and closing.
  • Broad experience includes 1.5 million square feet of office space, $200 million in distressed commercial real estate loans, 1,200 multi family units, 4 million square feet of retail, industrial and commercial space
