Mr. Schenker has 15+ years experience in manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, and supply chain improvement.
His career includes senior management positions in global Engineering and Manufacturing companies like ABB Turbo Systems and Woodgroup GTS.
In previous positions Mr. Schenker worked at Unimacts as Supply Chain Executive leading projects in China and India. and as a Supply Chain Director at Wood Group APM leading strategic sourcing and operations improvement engagements.
Mr. Schenker started his career at ABB in various manufacturing leadership roles including leading the Purchasing at ABB Turbo systems and running the external manufacturing department in Switzerland. Before joining Magnum Management Services, LLC, he was General Manager at a German based technology firm that was encountering huge cash flow deficits and faced a shutdown. Recently, Mr. Schenker successfully turned around business operations in less than 10 months from a negative cash flow of $4MM to break even operations.Currently, the company is exceeding sales projections and profitability and has attracted a buyer paying six times EBITDA.
Mr. Schenker specializes in management of small to mid-sized manufacturing companies in diversified sections of the marketplace. He has lead a team of specialized engineers and labor force from start to finish with complete responsibility of the sales process including strategy, sales goals, set up incentives, and monitoring monthly sales performance, including forecast sales projections and preparing/reviewing work in progress.
Mr. Schenker has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a BBA from Graduate School of Business Administration of Zurich
